GENERAL INFO1. I do it both SFW and NSFW art.
2. The start date of the painting is considered to be the moment of prepayment for the work.
3. The deadline for art does not overlap, but is taken with a margin (at least a week).ARTWORK1. I may change the colors of the characters a bit if I see fit.

Ordering Process1. Contact & Inquiry
Reach out to me on Discord(@ludeka), Twitter(X) or Derpibooru.
Example message:
"Hello! I'd like to commission a portrait/full-body artwork. Here are the references for my character: links or files. Thank you!"2. Discussion & Deposit
We'll discuss all the details (pose, style, background, etc.) and the final price. If everything sounds good, you'll pay a 50% deposit to secure your slot.3. Sketch Phase
I will create and send you a rough sketch for composition approval. At this stage, you can request up to 2 minor revisions (e.g., adjusting the pose or composition).4. Final Artwork
Once you approve the sketch, I will proceed to complete the artwork (lineart, color, rendering). When the piece is finished, I will send you a watermarked version for final confirmation.5. Payment & Delivery
After receiving the remaining 50% payment, I will send you the final high-resolution file without any watermarks, along with any additional related files (e.g., the layered source file if applicable).PAYMENT & REFUNDS1. I only accept payment through Boosty.to.2. Boosty.to allows refunds until the beginning of the next day GMT.3. Otherwise, refunds can only be made to the Boosty account without covering the transfer fee.PUBLISHING & COPYRIGHT1. I reserve the copyright of the artwork to myself.2. I authorize the use of my paintings for non-commercial purposes.3. I authorize publication of my work with attribution to the author.4. I forbid editing my work (replacing characters, repainting, etc.) for the purpose of publication.5. I forbid the use of my artwork to train AI.

About ArtTrade

1. Trading Terms & Conditions I am open for art trades,with the most important condition being that both artists are happy with the final result.2. How to Reach Out Please send me a DM on Discord, Twitter, or Derpibooru with the subject line "TRADE request SFW" or "TRADE request NSFW".3. Discussion & Planning I will discuss the details of the trade, such as the character's pose, theme, and other specifics, and then exchange character references.4. Posting Agreement & Deadline It is mandatory for both pieces to be published on the same day.· If one artist finishes earlier, they will wait to post until the other is also done.· The agreed-upon deadline is important. If an artist misses the deadline without a valid reason, they will receive a gentle reminder. The other artist is then free to post their finished piece, noting that the deadline was not mutually met.

📄 Terms of Service1. Introduction and Acceptance1.1. These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your interaction with the artist known as "Ludekard" or "Ludeka" ("I", "me", "Artist"), including but not limited to:Commissioning artwork.Subscribing to tiers on the Boosty platform.Interacting with my content on Discord, Twitter, Derpibooru, and other platforms.1.2. By commissioning me, subscribing to my Boosty, or interacting with my content under these terms, you ("Client", "Subscriber", "You") confirm that you are at least 18 years old (for nsfw)and have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these TOS.2. Art Commissions: Process & Terms2.1. Commission Slots & Queue:I accept commissions at my own pace and capacity. The standard queue is limited to 3 slots.Once all slots are filled, commissions will be closed until the queue is cleared. Status updates are provided primarily via Discord.2.2. Pricing:Current standard pricing is as follows. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).Halfbody: Sketch - $5 | Flat Color - $10 | Shaded - $18Fullbody: Sketch - $8 | Flat Color - $15 | Shaded - $24Profile Package (Avatar + Banner): $35A 20% discount is applied to the base price for each additional character beyond the first in a single commission.I reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes will not affect commissions already agreed upon.2.3. Commission Process:Communication: All commission-related communication will be conducted via Discord or Twitter DMs for record-keeping.Sketches: Clients will receive 1-2 sketch options for approval before proceeding to the final stages.Revisions: Minor revisions are accepted at the sketch stage. Major changes after approval may incur additional fees.Completion & Delivery: The completed artwork will be delivered digitally in the agreed-upon format. I often provide a presentation collage featuring the final art, a close-up, and the color palette.2.4. Client Experience & Bonuses:I strive to provide a high-quality experience, which may include asking detailed questions about your character and occasionally providing a simple bonus sketch.Loyalty discounts (20-25%) may be offered to previous clients at my discretion.A monthly 10% discount on the first commission is available. This discount does not stack with subscription-tier discounts; the higher discount will always be applied.3. Boosty Subscription Terms3.1. General:Subscriptions are managed through the Boosty platform. Payment is recurring monthly until canceled by you via your Boosty settings.Refunds for a paid subscription period are not offered, as exclusive content is made available immediately.3.2. Tier Benefits:✨ Smiling Luna Tier ($5/month):Access to an exclusive Discord channel and role.Voting rights on upcoming artwork themes.Early access to all new public pieces.Exclusive WIPs, timelapses, and alternate versions.8% discount on commissions.1 entry into the monthly YCH raffle.🌙 Playful Luna Tier ($10/month):All benefits from the Smiling Luna tier.1 entry into the monthly Fullbody artwork raffle.Access to an archive of original source files (.kra) for personal study.A second exclusive Discord role.High priority in the commission queue.15% discount on commissions.3.3. Subscription Specifics:Discord Access: Access is granted via an invite link. You agree to abide by Discord's ToS and server-specific rules.Giveaways/Raffles: Monthly raffles (YCH/Fullbody) are for active subscribers. Winners are chosen using a random method (e.g., Discord bot). A subscriber cannot win twice consecutively. Results are announced on Discord/Boosty.Source Files (.kra): Provided for personal, educational use only. Redistribution, commercial use, or claiming the work as your own is strictly prohibited.Discounts: Subscription discounts apply to the base price of a commission and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.4. Content Usage & Intellectual Property4.1. Rights Retained by the Artist (Ludekard):I retain all copyright and ownership of the created artwork, including sketches and WIPs.I reserve the right to display, distribute, reproduce, and use any commissioned or subscription-related artwork for self-promotion, portfolio, and professional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing (e.g., for a private commission).4.2. Rights Granted to the Client/Subscriber:Upon full payment, you receive the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., avatars, wallpapers, personal prints).You may not claim the artwork as your own creation, redistribute it for free or profit, alter it without permission, or use it for NFT, AI training, or other commercial ventures without a separate commercial license.4.3. Subscriber Content:All exclusive content on Boosty and the private Discord is for personal use only. Resale, redistribution, or publication on other platforms is strictly prohibited.5. Artist Responsibilities & Policies5.1. Content Publication & Schedule:I aim to maintain a consistent content schedule on social media (Twitter, Discord, etc.), which includes WIPs, finished pieces, and educational content (e.g., mini-tutorials, timelapses).I may run promotions, contests (e.g., DTIYS), and engage in community activities (e.g., shoutouts, guest drawings on streams) as part of my marketing strategy.5.2. Communication:I will strive to communicate clearly and professionally regarding commissions and subscriptions.I may conduct Q&A sessions or anonymous surveys to improve my service and content.5.3. Handling of Conflict & Feedback:Constructive criticism is welcomed and considered.Unfounded hate, harassment, or disruptive behavior will be ignored initially, and may result in a block or ban from my platforms if it persists and affects my community or workflow.6. Payment and FeesAll commissions must be paid in full upfront unless a payment plan is explicitly agreed upon before work begins.Payments are processed through Boosty, Stripe, or other agreed-upon methods. You are responsible for any transaction fees.7. Limitation of LiabilityThe Artist is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the artwork or services provided.The total maximum liability towards a Client/Subscriber shall not exceed the total cost of the commission or subscription paid.8. Changes to the TOSI reserve the right to update or modify these TOS at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided on my primary social media platforms and Discord server.
