Textterms of service
GENERAL INFO
1. I do it both SFW and NSFW art.
2. An art order is considered accepted when the sketch is completed and payment is received.ARTWORK
1. I may change the colors of the characters a bit if I see fit.

PROCESS
1. Write to me on Discord(@ludeka), Twitter(X) or Derpibooru.
2. I execute the sketch with the specified requirements.
3. If the sketch is satisfactory, I get paid, and when the work is completed, I give out the result.PAYMENT & REFUNDS
1. I only accept payment through Boosty.to
2. Boosty.to allows refunds until the beginning of the next day GMT.
3. Otherwise, refunds can only be made to the Boosty account without covering the transfer fee.PUBLISHING & COPYRIGHT
1. I reserve the copyright of the artwork to myself.
2. I authorize the use of my paintings for non-commercial purposes
3. I authorize publication of my work with attribution to the author
4. I forbid editing my work (replacing characters, repainting, etc.) for the purpose of publication.
5. I forbid the use of my paintings to train AI.
WIP About ART-Trade
1. Trading Terms & Conditions I am open for art trades,with the most important condition being that both artists are happy with the final result.2. How to Reach Out Please send me a DM on Discord, Twitter, or Derpibooru with the subject line "TRADE request SFW" or "TRADE request NSFW".3. Discussion & Planning I will discuss the details of the trade,such as the character's pose, theme, and other specifics, and then exchange character references.4. Posting Agreement & Deadline It is mandatory for both pieces to be published on the same day.· If one artist finishes earlier, they will wait to post until the other is also done.
· The agreed-upon deadline is important. If an artist misses the deadline without a valid reason, they will receive a gentle reminder. The other artist is then free to post their finished piece, noting that the deadline was not mutually met.
